NestLink has been developed in consultation with CLC-registered conveyancers, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and developers, all of whom face systemic inefficiencies caused by fragmented systems, duplicated data, and inconsistent communication.

We support a tiered approach with core mandatory data at listing and enhanced data available within 48 hours of accepted offers, both automatically assembled by digital systems.

Additional categories should be optional but encouraged through incentives. NestLink's dynamic disclosure model will enable automatic compilation of key data points through API connections to official sources.
